Though raised in the beautiful Lake Charles, Louisiana area, I spent many summers as a teen at our family vacation home in Bandera, Texas. I fell in love with Bandera and knew I would someday make it my home. Upon graduating high school, I came to Texas and attended Trinity University in San Antonio. After graduation, with a degree in business, I held several different corporate positions. However, I found that my true desire was to have my own business and to have it in Bandera. With that desire, I opened my real estate firm in the spring of 1981 and thanks to the fine people of Bandera and the surrounding counties; Guilott Realty, Inc. has enjoyed many successes over the years.
I have served as President, Vice-President, Secretary/treasurer and a Board Member for the Bandera County Board of RealtorsŪ and on the State Grievance Committee. I am also a trained mediator.
For many years, Guilott Realty, Inc. has supported and continues to support numerous worthwhile charities and civic events. We believe it is imperative to give back all that is possible for the children and the future of Bandera, Texas.
Therefore in 2008, because of our continual growth, we built our new office. We donated our old office to the 5,000 acre State Natural State Area since the state park did not have a headquarters. Our new office is environmentally "GREEN" and we have a rain collection system that has never gone dry since its installation not even during our severe drought we experienced in 2009.

Tina relocated from the Great Northwest to beautiful
BANDERA County in June of 2000. She joined Guilott Realty, Inc. in
late June 2001 as Ms. Guilott's personal assistant/office manager. She
received her Real Estate license in January 2002 and transitioned to
active full-time sales in May. Tina acquired her broker's license
in September of 2007. She continues to perform her office managerial
duties to date.
She brings over 15 years of corporate, administrative, computer &
technical experience, which makes for an ideal agent of diversity in the
Texas Hill Country.
Being a water person, she and her husband, Jack, found Medina

After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, Rudy spent two years in the Army and upon discharge, moved to Bandera in 1959. A chance meeting with John Wayne led Rudy to a 14 year career in Hollywood as an actor/stuntman. He always said that some day Bandera would be his home again, so with the decline in popularity of western movies, he moved back to Bandera and in 1975 received his real estate license, specializing in farm and ranch sales.
Over the years, Rudy has broadened his field to handle all types of real estate. His experience led him to become sales manager over five different large subdivisions, including some in other counties outside of Bandera. With a real estate license dating from 1975 makes him one of the most experienced REALTORS in Bandera County. He still has contact with many of his celebrity friends, but his time now is devoted to helping others find the property of their dreams, so that they too can enjoy this wonderful area known as the Texas Hill Country.

David Coke Turner, III was born in Stephenville, TX in 1969. He is the eldest son of David C. Turner Jr. and Jan Turner. He has two sisters Kathy and Jana. His family moved to Bonham, TX when he was three, where his father worked as an attorney and his mother taught school.
After graduating from Bonham High School, Coke attended Tyler Junior College, then went on to the University of North Texas where he majored in Psychology. Coke took his first sales job selling real estate for his Grandfather, J.B. Edwards in Pipe Creek, TX during the early 1990's. He later entered the car business where he ended up as Finance Director for Randolph Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Eastland, TX.
After the untimely death of Mr. Randolph, Coke decided to come back to his family in Bandera County and make a life in the land of his forefathers. He lives in a cabin on 47 acres in Pipe Creek that borders his grandfathers ranch, which has been in his family since 1878, and happily works here at Guilott Realty, Inc. where he specializes in multiple acreage properties.

Amy originally from south Arkansas and has lived in Bandera for over a year. Before moving to Bandera, she lived for 6 years in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota near Deadwood where she had a hunting dog kennel. Her mother, grandparents, and their families were all from east Texas, so she feels like she’s come home.
Her son worked for the San Antonio Food Bank for almost 6 years before taking a position with America’s Second Harvest, the national food bank. He travels to most of the southern states visiting local food banks.
Amy has found that her 27 years of elementary teaching in Magnolia, Arkansas, has prepared her for the multi-tasking that is required in a busy realtor’s office. She enjoys meeting & greeting clients and working with the fantastic people at Guilott Realty, Inc.
